Sidekicks

1. About Sidekicks

Sidekicks (“the App”) is a digital coupon and discount management application that helps users access and redeem offers at participating restaurants, including Superhero Burger and Superhero Pizza in Trondheim, Norway.

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sidekicks. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The App is intended for use only in Norway.

3. Account Registration

To use Sidekicks, you must create an account. During registration, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Name
  • Optional profile image

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. App Functionality

Sidekicks allows users to:

  • View and redeem digital coupons
  • Present QR codes to receive discounts at participating locations
  • Receive notifications and marketing communications (where permission is granted)
  • Verify discount eligibility based on memberships with third-party providers

Coupons and discounts are subject to availability and conditions set by participating restaurants. Sidekicks does not guarantee the availability, duration, or acceptance of any offer.

5. QR Code Functionality

The App uses QR code functionality for discount verification:

  • You can display a personal QR code in the App for discount redemption
  • Authorized Sidekicks employees at participating locations can scan your QR code using their devices to verify discounts
  • The App does not access your device camera for recording, monitoring, or any other purpose

6. Communications

By using Sidekicks, you agree that we may:

  • Send service-related emails, such as password reset and account notifications
  • Send marketing communications via email or notifications, where consent is given

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through the App settings, unsubscribe links in emails, or by contacting us at contact@asoldi.com.

7. Phone Number Usage

Your phone number is collected for:

  • Account verification and security purposes
  • Account recovery
  • Potential future features (you will be notified and can opt-in before any new use)

We do not use your phone number for marketing calls or SMS without your explicit consent.

8. Account Deletion and User Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your account information
  • Update or correct your account information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications

Account deletion requests can be made by emailing contact@asoldi.com.

Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days in accordance with applicable Norwegian and EU (GDPR) data protection laws. Your data will be securely deleted or anonymized following the retention period outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Access controls and authentication requirements
  • Regular security assessments

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, misuse, or fraudulently redeem coupons or discounts
  • Share, copy, sell, transfer, or manipulate QR codes
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or other users’ accounts
  • Interfere with App security, functionality, or other users’ ability to use the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Superhero Invest and are protected by Norwegian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our prior written consent.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior is detected
  • The App or service is discontinued
  • We are required to do so by law

You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting contact@asoldi.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Sidekicks does not guarantee:

  • That discounts will always be available or accepted by participating restaurants
  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the App
  • That the App will meet your specific requirements
  • That all errors or defects will be corrected

Participating restaurants are independent businesses. Sidekicks is not responsible for their decisions, policies, or actions regarding discount acceptance.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, Sidekicks and Superhero Invest shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
  • Actions or decisions of participating restaurants

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or NOK 100, whichever is greater.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superhero Invest, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the App
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or App functionality. The updated Terms will be posted in the App with a new effective date.

Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App and may request account deletion.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Superhero Invest regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
